Our initial 8-week HEALTHY START Program gently introduces the medication with personalized dosing. As your body adjusts and new habits take hold, we adapt to your pace. After the HEALTHY START Program, our STAY HEALTHY updates are scheduled tele-health appointment scheduled every 8 weeks to review your progress and adjust medication dosing. These visits ensure that you're moving forward safely and effectively. We understand the daily pull of modern food habits, and we'll continuously educate you through practical dietary changes rooted in these key principles:
